摘要
青少年篮球运动员正处在生长发育期,其力量训练应从长远利益出发,注重其生理特点和年龄特征,合理安排力量素质训练。青少年篮球运动员力量训练主要有发展最大力量、发展速度力量、发展力量耐力、发展弹跳力等方法。
The young basketball players are in period of growing. We should pay more attention to their physiological age characteristic and arrange their strength practicing properly. In the strength training of young basketball player the following list should be included: developing the biggest strength; developing the speed strength; developing the strength patience and developing the way of jumping strength, etc..
