摘要
研究了在稀硫酸介质中 ,痕量铁 (Ⅲ )对溴酸钾氧化靛蓝胭脂红的催化褪色作用 ,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铁的新方法 .方法的线性范围为 0— 2 μg/2 5ml,检出限为 7.48× 10 - 7g·L- 1 ,用于饮用水中铁的测定 ,结果满意 .
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of iron was developed. The method is based on iron (Ⅲ) catalysed discoloring reaction of indigo carmine by potassium bromate in dilute sulfuric acid medium. The linear range for the determination is 0-2 μg/25ml and the detection limit is 7.48×10 -7 g·L -1 . The method has been applied to the determination of trace amount of iron in water samples with satisfactory results.
