摘要
对哈尔滨钢管厂生产的 5 1 mm× 3mm的 2 0 #电阻焊锅炉管进行了多种焊接方法、热处理、力学性能以及具有相交焊缝的接头性能等试验研究 ,并做了爆破试验、弯管试验和无损检验。试验结果表明该电阻焊锅炉管的化学成分、力学性能等满足 GB30 87— 1 999的要求 ,可以在中、低压锅炉上使用。为电阻焊锅炉管的国产化和今后用于高压锅炉奠定了基础。
Various test research on welding method, heat treatment mechanical property and cross weld jointer property are conducted on 51 mm×3 mm, 20 # electric resistance welded boiler pipes produced by Harbin Steel Pipe Plant, meanwhile the burst test, pipe bending test and non destructive test are performed,the test results show that the chemical composition, mechanical property of ERW boiler pipe meet the requirements of GB3087-1999, and it can be used on low and middle pressure boilers. This makes the basis for ERW boiler pipe production domestialized and its usage on high pressure boilers.
