摘要
使用日本理学 3 0 80E3型X射线荧光光谱仪 ,采用粉末直接压片和理论α系数法校正基体效应的方法 ,建立了铬铁矿砂样品中Cr2 O3 、TFe、SiO2 、MgO、Al2 O3 、CaO组分的快速测定方法。研究了制样条件 ,克服了粉末样品的颗粒效应 ,用内控标样制作标准曲线 。
A rapid analysis method for determining six components in chromite sand was set up by x ray fluorescence spectrometry using the powder briquetting technique and adopting the theoretical alpha coefficient for correcting the matrix effect. The grains size effect was eliminated by optimized sample making technique parameters, and the mineral effect was counterpoised by the standard curve made from the restricted criterion samples. The analysis results on Cr 2O 3, TFe, SiO 2, MgO, Al 2O 3 and CaO in chromite samples show that both precision and accuracy do not lower than that of chemical method.
