摘要
介绍一种工业射线数字成像 (DR)检测系统。该系统用60 钴为γ射线源 ,被检工件放置在拖动平台上 ,垂直匀速穿过射线扇形面。由气体阵列电离室探测透射γ射线 ,信号经计算机处理 ,形成工件的二维透视图像 ,从而检测工件内部缺陷。该系统射线穿透本领大、图像质量及综合检测性能优良、运行维护费用低、占地面积小、操作简便、安全可靠 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
An industrial DR(digital radiography) nondestructive testing system is described, in which 60 Co gamma-ray source is used. The workpiece inspected is laid on a drag flat which is running through sector shadow of emission gamma-ray in uniform velocity. The transmitting gamma-ray is detected by gas-pressurized ion chamber array. The signals are processed by PC to form two dimensional perspective image of the workpiece. Then the internal defects of the workpiece can be detected. The system has the advantages of large space penetrating, high performance of image quality and technical properties, low cost for running and maintenance, simple operation and high safety and reliability. So it has a wide application prospect.
