汽车拖拉机综合性能测试试验台的研究与开发

A study dedicated to development of an equipment for comprehensive performance inspection and fault diagnosis of automobile and tractor.

研制了一种集汽车拖拉机技术状态检测和故障诊断于一体的检测试验装置 ,能实时测试发动机的动力性、经济性、排放性能、底盘的安全性能等指标 ,并能进行故障诊断。该试验台采用机、电、液、电子和计算机等综合技术 ,具有操作简单 ,测试项目多 ,测试精度高等特点 ,为汽车拖拉机的生产、检测、维修和教学部门提供了一种新的试验、测试装备。

A new comprehensive measurement and experiment equipment was developed which is capable of measuring power, specific fuel consumption,braking torque, front and rear axles loads, speed, exhausting smoke, noise and making fault diagnosis of automobile and tractor. The structure characteristics and design principle of the equipment were introduced and analyzed. The measurement and data collection were processed automatically under the control of microcomputer system. Test and application showed that the equipment has good precision and may easily be applied to practical work in automobile and tractor production and maintenance.
