云南松对松小蠹的引诱能力及其挥发物组成 被引量:28

摘要 采用气相色谱 /质谱法分析云南松健康木和衰弱木韧皮部的挥发性物质组成 ,并用两种饵木在蠹害林分中进行小蠹引诱试验。试验结果表明 ,衰弱饵木对松小蠹的引诱能力显著高于健康饵木 ,同时 ,两种饵木的主要挥发性成分在含量上也存在较大的差异 ,衰弱木中α -蒎烯、莰烯、β -罗勒烯、α -侧柏烯、草蒿脑等萜烯类含量高于健康木 ,而 β-蒎烯、β -水芹烯和月桂烯等萜烯类的含量低于健康木。化学成分的差异是导致云南松健康木和衰弱木引诱力不同的重要原因。生产上应选择衰弱云南松作为饵木 。 Volatile compositions of the phloem of healthy and previous attacked Yunnan pine ( Pinus yunnanensis ) were analyzed using GC-MS, and the attractions of these two type trees to Tomicus piniperda were identified by the ways of trap logs. The experimental results indicated that the attraction of logs from previous attacked trees is obviously higher than those from healthy trees, at the same time, the content of the main volatile components of them is also clearly different. The content of a-pinene, camphere, β-thujene, β- ocimene was somewhat higher, whereas the content of β-pinene, β-phellandrene and myrcene was somewhat lower in the phloem of attacked Yunnan pine than that in healthy Yunnan pine. The difference in volatile components between healthy and previous attacked pines is one of the important reasons which lead to their different attractivity to pine shoot beetle.
