The Design Characteristics of Sandshale Mining at Luosha

根据广东省云浮水泥厂原料矿山———罗沙砂页岩矿的赋存特点 ,提出适合水泥厂质量要求的采矿方法 ,将同一台阶或不同台阶的矿石和夹石、一级品和二级品按比例进行搭配式开采 ,从而达到采场“预均化”的效果 ,解决了矿石与夹石难以分采的问题 。

Based on the occurrence characteristics of Luosha Sandshale Mine which is a raw-material mine for Guangdong Yunfu Cement Plant,it is pointed out that a mining method to meet the demands of product quality required by the Cement Plant is adopted.The ore will be mined by the method in a proper way according to the proportion among sandshale and band,first-class sandshale and second-class sandshale at the same or different benches so as to achieve a'pre-homogeneous'effect of the mining area and solve the difficulty in mining sandshale and band separately as well guarantee the stable quality of ore provided for the Cement Plant.
