主要工艺参数对异氰酸酯胶粘剂木塑复合板性能的影响

The Effect of Main Technical Parameters on Properties of Polyisocyanate-bonded Wood Plastic Composite

研究了 3种主要工艺参数 (热压温度、刨花含水率及施胶量 )对异氰酸酯胶粘剂制造的木塑复合板性能的影响。结果表明 ,木材刨花的含水率从 4 %到 2 0 %范围变化时 ,制成的复合板的性能之间无明显差异 ;热压温度对复合板的各项性能也有一定的影响 ,在 14 5℃时有较好的综合性能 ;

This paper reports on the effect of three main technical parameters including hot-pressing temperature, moisture content and resin content on properties of polyisocyanate-bonded wood plastic composite. The results indicate that moisture content of wood particle from 4% to 20% has no significant effect on properties of panel, while hot-pressing temperature has some effect on properties of composite panels, and there is a better general properties at 145℃. Resin content was the most important factor influencing panel's performances.
