根据子实体、菌丝、子囊、子囊孢子以及侧丝的形态特征 ,将从帽儿山采集的羊肚菌确定为羊肚菌[Morchellaesculenta (L .)Pers.]。并进一步对羊肚菌的生物学特性进行了研究 ,结果表明 :该菌在腐质土PDA培养基上生长最佳 ;最适温度为 2 5℃ ;最佳pH值 5～ 6 ;最佳C源为蔗糖 ;最佳N源为酒石酸铵 ;

According to the shape characters of fruiting-bodies, hypha , ascus, spores and side-hypha, the gathered toadstool was identified as Morchella esculenta . By researching its biological characters, the results show that this toadstool grows best on humus PDA culture medium, its most fitting temperature is 25℃, its best pH value is from 5 to 6, its best C source is saccharose, its best N source is ammonium tartrate and half-time illumination is best for its growth.
