Establishment of Dynamic Evaluating System Model for Forest Assets

为了实现森林资源的有偿使用 ,维护所有者权益 ,促进林业企业转变经济增长方式和我国林业经济的快速、健康、协调发展 ,探求了森林资源评估方法。并以GIS和森林资源动态模拟为基础 ,建立了林木资产动态评估系统模型 ,包括森林资源结构及动态模拟、林木价格矩阵、林木资产价值模型和GIS在林木资产评估中的应用。

In order to realize the utilization with compensation of forest resource, uphold the owner interests, accelerate forestry enterprise transferring the economic growth manner, and hold the rapid, healthy, and harmonious development of forestry economy in China, the author explores the evaluating methods of forest resources. Based on GIS and the dynamic simulation, the dynamic evaluating system models of forest assets were set up. These models include the structure of forest resources and the dynamic simulation, forest price matrix, the value model of forest assets and the application of GIS to the forest assets evaluation.
