摘要 于 2 0 0 0年 9月 9日 ,在吉林松花湖鹿场对 30头东北梅花鹿分两试验群进行了同期发情试验。两试验群分别采用不同的试验药物进行处理 :第一试验群 (共 14头 )采用了 18甲基炔诺酮埋植并配合PMSG、HCG和雌二醇的处理方法 ,其中 18甲基炔诺酮采用了高 (80mg/头 )和低 (6 0mg/头 )两剂量进行了对比试验 ;第二试验群 (共 16头 )采用了PG两次处理同时配合PMSG和HCG的处理方法 ,其中PG也采用高 (6 0 0 μg/头 )、低 (5 0 0 μg/头 )两剂量进行对比试验。通过试验 ,第一试验群中 :18甲基炔诺酮高、低两剂量组的同期发情率分别为 5 7.14 %和 0 ,其中 18甲基炔诺酮高剂量组的双仔率为 4 2 .86 % ,产仔时间也较上一年有明显的缩短 ,平均缩短天数为 2 3d。第二试验群中 :PG高、低两剂量组的第一情期同期发情率分别为 2 5 %和 14 .2 % ,PG低剂量组产仔时间也比上一年缩短了 2 1d。本次试验的两试验群的受胎率均为 10 0 % 。 On September 9 of 2000, the experiment of the synchronization of estrus on sika deer was made on the Songhua Lake Deer Farm. The 30 deers were divided into 2 groups treated with different medicine: the first group was tested by use of progesterone, PMSG, HCG and estrogen. Of these, the progesterone was buried behind the skin of the deer. The second group was done with PG, PMSG and HCG. Each group was also divided into 2 teams according to the dose of progesterone and PG individually. Through the experiment, the authors draw such conclusions: in the first group, the ratio of synchronization of estrus for 2 teams was 57.14% and 0 according to the different dose of progesterone, and the team with high dose of progesterone had a high ratio of twins which was 42.86%; in the second group, the ratio of synchronization of estrus was 25% and 14.2% from high to low of the dose in PG, and at the same time, the interval of farrowing of the first group and the first team of the second group was 23 days and 21days shorter than that of last year. Besides this, the ratio of conception of the two groups all was 100%, which showed that the medicine that was used for the experiment did not affect the pregnancy badly.
