摘要
对辽南某高硫砷金精矿提取方法进行了比较。固液比 1:3,pH =10 5,NaCN =1g/L ,2 5~ 30℃ ,电动搅拌 2 4h或 36h常规氰化 ,浸出率仅为 5%左右。固液比为 1:4 ,氧气 5× 10 5Pa ,加压酸性预氧化浸出效果不好 ,浸出率为 39 6 %。硫脲提取pH =0~ 1 0 ,硫脲 =2 0g/L ,2 5~ 30℃ ,固液比 1:4 ,FeCl3 为氧化剂 ,电动搅拌 1 5~ 2h ,浸出率为50 9%。采用Ca(OH) 2 固硫固砷浸出 ,效果较好。烧渣酸洗 ,硫脲浸出 ,时间短 ,浸出率达 94 5% ,并可避免高毒性的氰化物。
