摘要
研究了温度、电流密度和电解液pH值等对硫酸体系中Ni MnO2 同时电解过程的影响 ,通过正交试验确定了电解过程的最佳工艺条件为 :[Ni2 +] 90 g/L ;[Mn2 +] 30 g/L ;pH 3 5;90℃ ;电流密度 16 5A/m2 ;[H3 BO3 ] =15g/L ,槽电压 2 86V ,此时阴极电效为 99 88% ,阳极电效接近 10 0 % ,得到的阴极镍纯度为 99 87% ,阳极MnO2 品位为 87 85%。
The influence of temperature, current density, pH, cell voltage and manganese ion concentration and nickel ion concentration on Ni MnO 2 simultaneous electrolysis process and the current efficiency was studied Based on the orthogonal experiment results, the best electrolysis technical condition showed as follow: [Ni 2+ ] 90g/L;[Mn 2+ ] 30g/L;pH 3 5;90℃;current density 165A/m 2;=15g/L,cell voltage 2 86V, the cathode efficiency can reach 98 88%, and the anode efficiency nears 100%, the cathode nickel can reach Grade 1 level, and the pureness of the anode manganese dioxide is suit for the cell industry
