摘要
通过对猪囊尾蚴虫体 (CWag)、囊液 (CFag)、头节 (CSag)、囊壁 (CBWag)、脲溶抗原 (UCWag)和成虫抗原(TSag)的水解氨基酸以及抗原反应原性的分析 ,确定了各氨基酸与抗原反应原性的关系。试验结果表明 ,几种抗原都含有 17种氨基酸 ,通过数据处理软件SPSS对各种抗原组成差异分析显示 ,各种抗原在天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸的组成上无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,且CSag、CBWag之间在所有氨基酸组成上均差异不显著 ;而UCWag却与其它抗原在氨基酸组成上差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。UCWag的敏感性和特异性均较高 ,脯氨酸与抗原反应的敏感性呈正线性相关 。
The amino acids in the six antigens in cysticercus cellulosane-cysticercuscyst fluid antigen (Cfag), C. Scolex antigen (CSag), C. Baldder wall antigen (CEWag), C. Worm antigen (CWag), Urea C. Worn antigen (UCWag) and T. Sotium adult (TSag) were determined quantitatively by automatic amino acid analyzer. The relationship of original reaction between amino acids and antigens was confirmed. The results showed that there were 17 amino acids among all of the antigens. There were no significant difference (P> 0.05 ) in composition of Asp, Glu, Lys and His of all antigens by data analysis software SPSS. There were also no significant difference (P>0.05) in the composition of all amino acids between Csag and CBWag. The composition of Thr, Ser, Tyr, Ved, Pro. in UCWag was significant difference (P<0.05) compared with other antigens. The sensitivity and peculiarity of UCWag were higher than that of the others. There existed significant positive correlation between Por. and sensitivity of antigen teaction, between Glu. and peculiarity of antigen reaction respectively.
