介绍了马钢 6机 6流方坯连铸机的高效化技术改造 ,并在偏离角部纵裂、中间包寿命、低过热度浇注、操作规范等方面做了大量的工作 ,使得该连铸机的溢漏率、作业率等各项指标大幅进步。
The technical revamp on 6 strand billet caster for higher efficiency purpose is described. The off corner crack, campaign life of the tundish, low overheating casting and the operating instructions are studied. As the result the breaking rate and the availability of the caster is greatly improved.
