摘要
结合宝钢集团公司一钢不锈钢现代化改造工程 ,比较和评价KR脱硫和喷吹法脱硫的特点 ,介绍KR法铁水脱硫主体设备结构原理 ,同时提供了搅拌功率的计算方法和实例。
In combination with the stainless steel modernization revamp project in the No.1 Steel Plant of Baoshan Steel this paper reviews the feature of the KR desulphurization process and the injection desulphurization process and compares with each other and introduces the structural principle of the main equipments for the KR process. In the meanwhile it introduces the method for calculating the necessary stirring power as well as the practical example.
