从耐火材料的材质、经济性、使用部位、精炼工艺、浇注工艺、耐火材料的相互作用、冶炼的钢种、吊车能力等 8个方面 ,论述了如何选择钢包耐火材料 ,文章还以梅山钢厂 15 0t钢包为例 。
The present paper elucidates the principles for selection of the refractory material used in the ladle lining from such eight aspects as the material properties, economy, working position, refining, casting processes, interaction between two adjacent kinds of refractory materials, steel grades and crane capacity, and introduces in detail the selection and usage of the refractory material in the 150 t steel ladle in Meishan Steel Plant as an example.
