摘要
高校现有的用电管理模式已经无法适应当今的后勤社会化改革。必须出台新的用电管理制度 ,采取“核电 ,量化 ,售电制度” 。
The existing power-sapply management mode is no longer able to adapt to transferring rear-service in the market economy.In order to upgrade the management,a new program must be initiated,which involves verification of power consumption,quantization and power selling.
