秋瑾的女性解放思想刍议

Humble Opinion on Qiujin's Idea of Women's Liberation

秋瑾不仅是近代史上一位杰出的女革命家 ,更是近代妇女解放的先驱。她提倡男女平等 ,对压迫女性的封建礼教予以蔑视和抨击 ,尤其对女性处此压迫而不知自省为痛 ,并对女性究竟如何摆脱被压迫地位提出了“自立”、“学艺”、“合群”的建议。

Qiujin was not only an outstanding female revolutionist but also a forerunner of women's liberation in modern history. She advocated the equality between the sexes and profoundly attacked the feudal ethics which oppressed women. Especially, she was in great agonies with the fact that the women who were oppressed were not aware of it themselves. On how to free them form the position of slave, she made the following suggestions:“supporting oneself”,“Learning a craft or trade”and “being sociable”. All these ideas of hers were of progressive significance.
