摘要
通过自行设计的有氧健身运动项目 ,确定实验对象的最佳运动负荷与运动方式 ,探讨有氧运动对肥胖性男子健康的影响。结果显示 :有氧健身活动 ,宜采用几种综合的练习方法来改变不良的生活习惯 ,逐步提高练习者的运动能力。练习过程中运动负荷采用实验对象最高心率的 70 % - 90 %。有氧健身运动可改善男子肥胖的体型 ,减少腰腹部、大腿内侧、上臂的脂肪堆积 。
Based on the writer's self-designed aerobics items, this thesis dwells on the influence of aerobics on the health of overweight males by determining the tested subjects' best exercise mode and load. The research shows aerobics can progressively improve the exercisers' physical methods, and change their unhealthy living habits. Aerobics can better the overweights' bodily build, slim down the fat accumulation in one's waist, abdomen, legs' inside and arms' inside, as well as reinforce the function of one's cardiovascular system.
