摘要
目的 :观察张力带钢丝固定Ⅲ°肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效并作出评价。方法 :2 6例新鲜的Ⅲ°肩锁关节脱位患者均采用张力带钢丝与交叉克氏针固定 ,随访 12～ 2 3个月 ,平均 16个月。结果 :根据Kalsson术后疗效评价优良率为 92 .3%。结论 :张力带钢丝内固定治疗Ⅲ°疗肩锁关节脱位创伤较小 ,操作简单、固定可靠 ,适宜早期功能锻炼 ,术后功能恢复满意。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect for the treatment of grade Ⅲ dislocation of acromioclavicular joint by tension band wire. Methods:From Mar 1992 to Apr 2001, 26 cases with grade Ⅲ dislocation of acromioclavicular joint were immobilized by tension band wire and crossed Kirschner's pin. The followed-up period ranged from 12 to 23 months, With an average of 16 months. Results: By the method according to Karlsson criteria of postoperative therapeutic effect, the rate of excellent and good are 92.3%. Conclusion: This internal fixation method is less traumatic, simple and safe, with stable fixation, adapting for early function exercise and satisfactory recovery of acromioclavicular joint function after operation.
