摘要
目的 通过文献计量学方法分析阿尔茨海默病 (AD)的研究现状、发展趋势和信息源等。方法 利用MEDLINE和CBMdisc数据库 ,通过主题词检索途径检索出 1990年～ 2 0 0 1年有关AD研究论文进行文献计量学分析。结果 共检出AD论文 175 6 9篇 ,文献呈增长趋势 ;统计得出AD研究的 30种中外文核心期刊、2 2个中外核心机构和国内外 10个热点研究方向。结论 AD研究将进一步深入和发展 ;国内外AD研究方向总体接近 ,但也存在明显差异 ;
Objective Explore the research trends,status and information resources on Alzheimer′s disease(AD)by bibliometric analysis.Methods Articles on AD searched by subject headings from MEDLINE and CBMDisc published from 1990 to 2001,were collected and analyzed by bibliometrics.Results 17 569 articles on AD were found out from the databases,and it showed a increasing trends.The 61 highly important journals,40 eminent research institutions and 10 research focus on AD were listed.Conclusion The research on AD will keep increasing and deep developing.The trends on AD in China were almost similar with western country,and some research focus were different.The results of bibliometric analysis will be of benefit to the research on AD.
