对中医心身医学基础理论发展思路的思考

Reflection on the Development of Basic Theories of TCM Psychosomatic Medicine

心身医学与中医学有着天然的联系。中医心身医学基础理论的发展思路 ,一是继承 ,二是创新。继承不是简单的复归 ,而应以历史唯物主义为指导 ,吸取其科学、合理的部分 ,抛弃荒谬、错误的内容。在继承的基础上又要有所创新。只有不断创新 ,才能不断适应时代的要求 ,才能更好的指导临床实践 ,才能保持蓬勃的生机。

Psychosomatic medicine is naturally connected with Traditional Chinese Medicine. The former has been developing by inheritance and creation. Inheritance does not mean simply to repeat, but to absorb the scientific and reasonable parts and discard the absurd and wrong ones in the light of historical materialism. Besides inheritance it is necessary to bring forth new ideas. Only by so doing can it keep abreast of the times, guide clinical practice, and develop vigorously.
