前列地尔脂微球制剂(Lipo PGE_1)治疗急慢性肝炎的疗效观察

Clinical evaluation of Lipo PGE_1 therapy for patients with acute or chronic fulminate hepatitis

目的 观察前列地尔脂微球制剂 (LipoPGE1 )治疗急慢性肝炎重症型的临床效果和安全性。方法 将 45例急慢性肝炎重症型分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 2 3例 ,对照组 2 2例。对照组采用传统综合疗法及对症疗法 ,治疗组在传统疗法基础上加用LipoPGE1 2 0ug +5 %GS 2 50ml静脉滴注 1次 /d,疗程 2w。治疗前及治疗后定期检测肝功能及凝血酶原活动度 (PTA) ,比较两组病例治疗前后肝功能指标和凝血酶原活动度 (PTA)变化及临床症状体征改善情况的疗效。结果 疗程结束 ,治疗组 :显效 1 0例 ,有效 8例 ,无效 5例 ,总有效率 78.3 %。对照组 :显效 4例 ,有效 7例 ,无效 1 1例 ,总有效率 50 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5)。结论 LipoPGE1 在治疗急慢性重症肝炎综合指标确有较好疗效 ,能有效的阻止急性肝炎重症型的病情进一步恶化 ,提示了LipoPGE1

Objective To observe and evaluate the safety and the efficacy of Lipo PGE 1 therapy for patients with acute or chronic fulminate hepatitis. Methods 45 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 22 patients were enrolled in control group that were treated with traditional comprehensive therapy and allopathic therapy.23 patients were in the therapy group that were treated with traditional therapy together with venoclysis of Lipo PGE 1 20ug+5% GS 250ml,once daily. All cases were treated for 2 weeks, and the changes of the hepatic function and PTA were measured before and after treatment. Results In the therapy group, 10 cases showed a profound effect in treatment, 8 cases showed obvious effect while 5 cases showed no effect in treatment. The total efficacy was 78 3%. In the control group, only 4 cases showed a profound effect in treatment, 7 cases showed obvious effect, while 11 cases shoed no effect in treatment. The total efficacy was 50%. There was significant difference between 2 groups (P<0 05). Conclusion Lipo PGE 1 was effective in preventing deterioration of fulminate hepatitis and could be used as one of treatments of acute or chronic fulminate hepatitis.
