上颌第一恒磨牙根管治疗的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of effectiveness of the root canal therapy of the maxillary first permanent molar

目的 总结并分析上颌第一恒磨牙根管治疗的临床疗效。方法 对 1 51颗上颌第一恒磨牙患牙进行根管治疗并观察疗效。结果 1 51颗患牙完成根管充填 1 36颗 ;治愈率为 90 0 7%。共检出四根管者 32颗 ,检出率为 2 1 1 9%。结论 熟悉髓室和根管的解剖形态 ,正确的根管预备 ,严密的根管充填 ,是提高上颌第一恒磨牙根管治疗疗效的必要条件。

Objective To summarize and analyze the effectiveness of the root canal therapy of the maxillary first permanent molar. Methods 151 maxillary first permanent molars were accepted root canal therapy, and their efficacy was observed. Results Among 151 maxillary first permanent molars, 136 maxillary first permanent molars were finished root canal filling. The cure rate reached 90 07%. 32 maxillary first permanent molars were detected of four root canals. The detectable rate reached 21 19%. Conclusion Clear concept of the anatomic form of pulp chamber and root canal of maxillary first permanent molar, correct root canal preparation and closing root canal filling were essential for improving the efficacy of root canal therapy of the maxillary first permanent molar.
