兔坐骨神经火器性震荡伤后腰段脊髓病理变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨兔坐骨神经火器性震荡伤后腰段脊髓病理变化特点。方法 火器伤组投射物为 0 38g钢珠 ,装药量 0 65g,致伤靶点为兔右后肢外侧坐骨神经体表投影线中点 ,切割伤组在同一水平切断坐骨神经 ,分别于光电镜下观察伤后 1d、3d、1周、2周、4周和 1 2周时腰段脊髓的病理变化。结果 火器伤组可见腰段脊髓有小出血灶、神经元水肿、空泡样变以及神经元数量减少等变化 ,切割伤组则未见这些病理改变。结论 与切割伤组比较 ,火器伤组腰段脊髓损伤重 ,神经元存活数量显著减少。 Objective To explore the pathological changes of the lumbar spinal cord in rabbits after sciatic nerve injury resulting from firearms. Methods In firearms injury group, 0.38 g steel balls were used with the charge of 0.65 g. The target was the midpoint of the lateral body surface projection of the right sciatic nerve. The right sciatic nerve was cut at the same level as the firearms wound to serve as control. Pathological changes of the lumbar spinal cord were observed with light and electron microscope at the 1st, 3rd day and the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 12th week after injury. Results Micro hemorrhage, neuron swelling and vacuoles were found in firearms injury group. The number of the motor neurons decreased significantly. Conclusion Compared with the cut group, the severity of the spinal cord injury in the firearm injury group was heavier, and the survival neurons were less.
