针药综合治疗进行性肌营养不良症的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Observation on Treatment with Acupuncture and Herbs for Muscular Pseudohypertrophy and Progressive Myodystrophy

目的 针药综合治疗进行性肌营养不良症的临床观察。方法 随机选择经西医诊断标准确诊之住院及门诊的Duchenne型肌营养不良症患者 ,采用中药和针灸补肾填精、健脾益气及活血通络和西药、按摩及功能锻炼的综合方法进行治疗 ,共治疗 5 0例。结果 治疗结果显示 :①治疗后比治疗前的症状体征积分值明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ;②治疗后 10米步行及登梯时间明显比治疗前缩短 (P <0 0 1) ;③治疗后血清CPK、LDH、GPT、GOT均较治疗前改善 (P <0 0 0 1)。 5 0例中显效2 9例 ,有效 13例 ,好转 6例 ,无效 2例 ;总有效率占 96%。结论 针药结合补肾填精、健脾益气及活血通络并辅以常规西药、按摩及功能锻炼治疗进行性肌营养不良症 5 0例 ,有效率达 96% ,说明针药结合治疗难治性遗传病具有可靠的疗效。

Objective The clinical observation of treatment with acupuncture and herbs for muscular pseudohypertrophy and progressive myodystrophy.Methods\ Selecting 50 cases of in\|patients and out\|patients with muscular pseudohypertrophy and progressive myodystrophy at random, those patients are treated by combining treatments which included Chinese herbs and acupuncture to nourish the kidney\|essence, reinforce the spleen\|qi and promote circulation of blood together with western medicine, massage and functional exercises.Results\ The result of treatment of 50 cases with muscular pseudohypertrophy and progressive myodystrophy are:1.The global score of the manifestations after treatment is lower than before ( P<0 01 );2.The time of 10\|meter walk and stair\|climbing after treatment is shorter than before ( P< 0.01); 3.CPK,LDH,GPT and GOT of blood serum are much lower than before ( P< 0.001). In 50 cases, 29 cases are significantly effective, 19 cases are effective and 2 cases are ineffective The total effective rate is 96%.Conclusions\ We advoeate combining treatment which included Chinese herbs and acupuncture to treat patients with muscular pseudohypertorphy and progressive myodystrophy, to nourish the kidney\|essence, reinforce the spleen\|qi and promote circulation of blood with western medicine, massage and functional exercises. The effective rate is 96% indicating that the treatment of TCM for genetic diseases will have a good result. [
