摘要
通过添加不同含量的 V、RE合金元素 ,对普通高铬铸铁进行复合变质处理 ,研究其显微组织、机械性能及抗磨性 ,得出 :经 V、RE复合变质的高铬铸铁 ,可使碳化物转变为孤立的块状 ,冲击韧性和抗磨性均提高 ,当含 0 .2 5 % V、0 .7% RE时 ,ak 约提高 60 。
The effects of V and RE commpound inoclates modification on the microstructure mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of high chromium cast iron are investigated.The results obtained show that the morphology of carbides in the high chromium cast iron treated with the inculates containing V and RE is changed to isolated,irregular bolcks.The impact toug hness and abrasion resistance was increased.When the high chromium cast iron contains 0 25% V and 0.7% RE,a k is increased 60%,and the abrasion resistance can be improved by two times.
