数字图书馆热的冷思考

A Calm Reflection on the Upsurge of the Digital Library

本文针对数字化图书馆呼声日渐高涨 ,热度不减的现状 ,从我国国情出发 ,分析了数字图书馆的物理储存介质不稳 ,网上浏览 ,下载受版权法制约 ,网络安全脆弱 ,法律法规不配套 ,人才奇缺 ,资金严重不足的现状 ,提出应立足传统图书馆建设的同时 ,逐步发展数字图书馆 ,数字图书馆是传统图书馆的发展 ,是传统图书馆的内涵延续 ,二者是紧密相连的 ,对数字图书馆的发展应认真研究 ,精心组织 ,冷静分析 ,逐步发展。

After an over-surveying of the actual situation of the digital librarys development,the author proposes to give a down-to-earth research and analyzing on the circumstance,in order to bring about a gradual well organized digital library development.The author thinks that digital library is the continuous development of the traditional library,they are both closely related to each other.
