摘要
在独立研制的板材冲压成形性分析软件KMAS中 ,组入可有效模拟厚钣金件压弯成形与回弹变形的三维退化曲壳单元模型 ,简述了考虑凹、凸模间隙可变的基于有限元网格双面接触算法以及回弹的处理技术 ,数值研究了铁路客车牵引架厚钣金件压弯翻边与回弹变形过程 ,并将压弯过程模拟结果与国外基于单面接触算法的商品化软件的模拟结果以及实验结果进行了比较 .最后 。
A quasi-three dimensional shell element model, which can be effectively used to simulate the flanging and spring-back deformation, is introduced into an independently developed CAE software, KMAS. In the model, double surface contact algorithm, which allows the gaps between punch and die changed, and spring-back treatment scheme based on finite element meshing are described. And then the flanging and spring-back deformations of a of railcar like thick metal plates are numerically simulated. The simulated results of flanging deformation are compared with those of international commercial software, PAM-STAMP, and experimental ones. Finally, predicting scheme of spring-back quantity for this problem is given.
