胡罗卜籽挥发油化学成分的鉴定和γ-没药烯的合成

摘要 本文鉴定了胡罗卜籽挥发油中十八种化合物,其中1-环己-1-烯-丙酮、胡薄荷酮、醋酸苄酯、δ-愈创木烯、β-檀香烯、β-倍半水芹烯、N-苯基-2-萘胺作为胡罗卜籽挥发油成分尚未见报道。分离出两个单体,N-苯基-2-萘胺和细辛醚,光谱数据确证其结构。合成了γ-没药烯、气相色谱显示γ-没药烯以E式和Z式同时存在。 Comparing with standard spectrum through GC, GC/MS, GC/IR and computer index 18 constituents of essential oil of Daucus carota are identified, seven of them, i.e. 1-cyclohexenyl-propanone-2, benzyl acetate, pulegone, β-sesquiphellandrene, β-santalene, σ-guaiene, N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine, as the Authors' knowledge, have not been reported. Two constituents N-phcnyl-2-naphtylamine and asarone were isolated. Their strctures were identified. γ-Bisabolene was synthesized and its structure was identified. It is showed that the final product is a mixture of Z-and E-form of γ-bisabolene.
