摘要
超链接技术是网络信息组织的基本手段 ,通过超链接技术 ,信息服务机构可为用户提供快速、方便的信息服务。超链接包含两种方式 :一为页内链 ,一为系统链。前者不会产生法律纠纷 ,引起法律纠纷的往往是系统链。系统间的链接方式又分为链入、链出和加框技术三种类型。链出方式不会产生法律纠纷 ,而链入和加框技术使用不当则会引发产权纠纷。个人网站、图书馆网站和商业网站因经营目的的差异 ,其对超链接技术的合理使用存在一定的差异。
Hyperlink is one of the basic means to organize the network information, by which, the information institution can offer their users a quick and convenient service. Hyperlink contains two methods: link in homepage and link between systems, the former can't cause the law issue but the later can. System link has three types: link in, link out and adding box technology. Except for link out, the other two methods may cause copyright dispute if used improperly. It exists difference in the rational use of the hyperlink technology between the personal site, library site and business site because of their different running purpose.
