摘要
针对利用商用软件LS DYNA建立板材多点成形有限元模型的复杂性 ,运用VISUALC ++6 .0进行了LS DYNA的二次开发。应用开发的软件建立了 3种不同形状零件多点成形数值模拟的有限元模型 ,并进行了有限元分析。经过实践证明 ,二次开发的软件能给出比较准确的有限元模型 ,软件的通用性好 ,使用方便。
In view of the complicacy in generating finite element model of multi-point forming by commercial software LY-DYNA,secondary development on LY-DYNA was made based on visual C++6.0.Finite element models for the numerical simulation of multi-point forming processes of three parts with different shapes were established using developed software and finite element analyses were carried out.Application examples show that developed software can provide good finite element model and it is of general purpose and easy to use.
