摘要
通过道路试验查明了LZ6 4 0 0轻型客车行驶平顺性不十分理想的原因是后悬架刚度值偏大。通过建立 8自由度动力学模型和计算机模拟 ,计算出最佳的后悬架刚度值与阻尼匹配参数 ,然后对后悬架进行了改进设计。将改进的后钢板弹簧装车再次进行道路试验 ,结果表明 ,行驶平顺性得到很大的改善。
Cause of nonideal ride comfort of LZ6400 passenger car was revealed by on-road test,being too stiff rear suspension.To deal with the problem,a 8 degrees of feedom dynamic model was established and simulational computations were performed.Optimal rear suspension spring stiffness and matched damping parameter were calculated.Recheck of the modified rear suspension on-road showed the ride comfort was greatly improved.
