摘要
提出一种自动检测汽车车灯配光镜组成单元几何参数的方法。该系统以线阵CCD作为探测器件 ,利用激光束的准直性 ,通过测量激光通过配光镜棱镜后的偏转方位 ,或通过柱面镜折散开光束的宽度 ,确定出组成配光镜的棱镜顶角和柱面镜的半径。这种测量方法对于研究车灯配光性能 ,建立起配光镜设计模型和对配光镜模具进行修正具有实际意义。
A method to measure accurately and automatically dimensions of automobile lamp matched mirror system is proposed and a measure system is developed.The system uses a line scanning CCD as detector and technique of laser alignment,can detect prism vertex angle and cylindrical lens curvature radius of matched mirror through measuring deviation of laser beam by prism or refraction of laser beam by cylindrical lens.Proposed measuring method is useful for study of matched mirror performance,for establish-ment of its design model and trim of its mould.
