DAE高效蒸发传热管内沸腾换热系数及压力损失的准则关联式

THE EMPIRICAL FORMULAS ABOUT BOILING HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENT AND PRESSURE DROP IN HIGH PERFORMANCE DAE-TUBES

本文以R22为工质对两种不同槽深的DAE高效蒸发传热管水平管内的对流沸腾换热进行了实验研究,并综合文献[1]的实验结果、给出了光管、DAE-1型管、DAE-2型管平均沸腾换热系数的准则关联式以及压力损失的准则关联式、可供设计部门应用。

In this paper the forced convective boiling of refrigerant R一22 in horizontal DAE—tubes with different groove depths is investigated by means of experiments,and the experimental correlations for average boiling heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop in DAE-tubes and smooth tube are presented Therefore,they can practicalIy be used for designing evaporators.
