摘要
对流程工业以金字塔式的管理模式为基础的CIMS结构和以扁平化管理为基础的三层CIMS结构进行了对比分析 ,提出适应于钢铁企业扁平化管理模式的基于经营计划系统 (BPS) /制造执行系统 (MES) /过程控制系统 (PCS)三层框架结构的钢铁企业CIMS体系结构 ,并对经营计划系统、制造执行系统、过程控制系统的功能进行了阐述·
Purdue model CIMS structure based on pyramid-style management pattern and three-layer CIMS structure based on the flat-style management pattern were contracted and compared. A three-layer structure of iron & steel CIMS (Business Planning System/ Manufacturing Execution System/ Process Control System, BPS/MES/PCS)suitable for flat-management pattern was brought about. At last, the function of BPS, MES and PCS were also interpreted.
