摘要 以国内某厂 2 0 5 0mm热连轧机为研究对象 ,分析了热带钢连轧机轧辊磨损产生的原因 ,采用现场在线磨损计算模型进行了离线模拟计算 ;利用现有磨床测试轧辊磨损曲线·通过理论计算与实测数据的比较 ,发现轧辊磨损沿轴向不同区域有不同的分布规律 ,其中部可以用二次曲线来描述 ,边部可用三次曲线描述·同时 ,回归出在线板形控制的磨损计算模型参数·修正后的计算结果符合轧辊磨损的一般规律 ,可用于轧辊磨损在线预报· The 2050 as the subject, reasons of the emergency of the roll wear in hot rolling process were analyzed, and off-line simulating calculation of the roll wear is carried out by adapting the spot on-line wear calculation model. After testing the wear curve of the roll on the grinder, comparison is made between theoretical results and the measured data. It is discovered that there is different distribution rule in different area. Conic can be used to describe the center part while cubic curve can be employed to depict the edge part. Also, parameters in the on-line wear calculation model of figure control system are regressed. The regressed results conform very well to general principles of roll wear and could be applied in on-line wear prediction.
