摘要
以提高生物瓣膜在体内寿命为目的 ,通过对瓣叶进行有限元分析 ,讨论不同情况下的生物瓣膜受最大载荷时的应力分布情况 ,得出影响瓣叶应力分布的主要因素为 :瓣叶的材料特性、瓣叶形状的几何构型和钙化因素
This article aims at how to extend life span of bioprosthetic valve in a body. Through the finite element analysis to leaflets and the discussion of the stress distribution of bioprosthetic valve under the maximal loads in different conditions, we educe the major factors affecting stress distribution of leaflets. They are the character of leaflet material , geometry structure of leaflet shape and the factor of calcification.
