摘要
以公称力为 4 0 0 0kN高能螺旋压力机的整体铸钢机身为对象 ,利用先进的CAE软件对其进行了有限元数值分析 ,计算出应力、变形和前 8阶振型 ,并以此进行了结构改进 ,研究了机身结构对机身强度和刚度的影响 。
Taking the straight side casting frame of 4000kN high energy screw press as studying object, we make numerical analysis by using the advanced CAE software. The stress, displacement and the first eight modes are got. Basing on it, we optimize the frame structure, and study its influence on strength and stiffness. The results are instructional for structural design of heavy machine frames.
