摘要
用经甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷 (MAPS)处理过的纳米SiO2 作种子 ,进行聚丙烯酸酯(ACR)的原位乳液聚合 ,制成了MAPS -SiO2 /ACR复合物 ;探讨了种子乳液聚合的过程 ,分析了包覆机理 ,讨论了SiO2 的用量对聚合反应速率及残渣率的影响。结果表明 :在以纳米SiO2 为种子的ACR乳液聚合中 ,单体的转化率及聚合反应速率随SiO2 用量的增加而下降 ;当SiO2 的用量为 1 0 %时 ,复合物与聚氯乙烯共混后 ,其拉伸强度和冲击强度最高。
s:SiO 2/ACR composite was synthesized by acrylic resin of in suit emulsion polymerization using nano SiO 2 particle as core treated with MAPS and acrylic resin as shell; then made ultimately. The process of in suit emulsion polymerization was approached, its encapsulation mechanics was analyzed, and the effect of SiO 2 amount on the reacting velocity and sediment percentage was discussed. It was indicated that in the process of ACR emulsion polymerization with nano SiO 2 particle as core, the more amount of SiO 2, the less rate of conversion and polymerization of the monomer. The composite material, which blended with 10 % SiO 2 encapsulated ACR and PVC resin, had excellent tensile strength and impact strength compared with blend of the pure ACR and PVC resin.
