摘要
研究了在固体颗粒冲蚀条件下 ,不同冲击速度、不同磨料尺寸等因素对等离子喷涂Al2 O3陶瓷涂层冲蚀磨损率的影响 ,并在不同条件下与 2 0号钢进行了对比试验 ,分析了等离子喷涂Al2 O3陶瓷涂层的冲蚀磨损特性及磨损机理 ,提出等离子喷涂Al2 O3陶瓷涂层具有脆性特征的冲蚀磨损特性 。
This paper researches the effect of the factors, such as different hitting speeds and different abradant sizes, on erosive wear rate of plasma spraying Al 2O 3 ceramic coating, in the condition of solid grain erosion, and has comparative tests with 20# steel. In different condition, the erosive wear character and mechanism of the coating have been analyzed. It is posed that plasma spraying Al 2O 3 ceramic coating has brittleness character and fits to the erosion condition of minute abradant and low speed.
