Scale Prevention Technique of Oil Pipeline

中原油田W＃站外输管线因结垢导致输送压力上升,管线结垢后减少了有效输送能力和增加垢下腐蚀的可能;通过对管线内介质分析和垢样分析,阐述了结垢的主要原因,室内筛选了2种防垢剂在现场使用后取得了明显效果。

Scale deposit can lead to arise of stress inside pipeline, and some corrosion is taken place under scale -covered. Factor of scale grow and sample of scale inside pipeline are studied in this paper. Two scale inhibitor are tested, and an obvious effect is taken.
