摘要
用二硫化碳和甲胺为原料与双氰胺在水溶液中反应合成脒基硫脲。考察了反应物料配比、反应温度、反应时间、水与甲胺的体积比对产品收率的影响。最佳工艺条件为:二硫化碳、甲胺与双氰胺的物质的量比1:1.9:0.9,反应温度90℃,反应时间5.5h,V(水):V(甲胺)=0.6:1,产品收率为86.4%。
In this paper, a new technique for synthesis of guanylthiourea by using carbon disulfide, methylamine and dicyandiamide in the water is introduced, In the meantime, effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, reactant ratio, volume ratio of water and methylamine on the yield of the product are investigated. The optimal conditions of the reaction are: reaction temperature 90℃, reaction time 5.5 h, volume ration of water to methylamine 0.6: 1.0. The yield of guanylthiourea is 86.4% .
