摘要
由间苯二酚经过氨基化和 N-烷基化两步反应合成了间 N,N-二丁基氨基苯酚 ,两步反应收率达到80 %。该方法的优点是可以在 N原子上引入两个不同的烷基取代基。讨论了反应物间苯二酚与正丁胺比例对间 N-丁基氨基苯酚收率和性质的影响。
m N,N Dibutylaminophenol was synthesized from resorcin via two steps: the resorcin was aminated by n butylamine firstly, which was catalytzed by octoate at 160 ℃; then the product m N butylaminophenol was N alklylated by brombutane at 8090 ℃. Effects of the molar ratio of resorcin to n butylamine was discussed.
