摘要
本文主要阐述了图书馆管理中的激励与惩罚的基本原则 ,并通过这种科学的管理手段解决图书馆领导层所定的管理目标和工作人员个人追求的目标相互脱节的问题。
The theory and principles of encouragement and punishability in the management of library is discussed in this paper, and the problem disjointed it each other that the management object being made by leaders and what everyone needs in their personal life, is solved by means of this scientific management.
