文章在分析目前情报定义纷纭原因的基础上 ,提出了统一情报定义的必要条件 ,并根据哲学价值观给情报下定义 ,阐述了情报发现的过程和本质。

The article presents the necessary condition of uniting information definiton, based on analysis of the reason of diversed and confused information definition at present.According to philosophical value, the definition is given to illuminate the process and essence of discovering of informaiton.
