Since the first production line was established in 1978, Chinese TV industry has developed greatly in quantity and quality. Now, output is the largest in the world, but the quality is not high. The active demand of TV industry is not to expand output, but to enhance the quality. The efficient method is to optimize industry organization. So competitive competence of the whole industry can be heightened. The article depicts present situation of Chinese TV industry and points out the problems in it.
