A Positive Study on Diversification Strategy in Enterprises

企业多元化经营战略是现代企业，尤其是大企业集团的一种重要战略，研究多元化战略在企业发展中的地位和作用具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文在论述多元化战略和企业发展关系的基础上，把多元化战略和其他企业发展战略作了较为深入的比较。同时，结合世界领先公司的多元化实践，对其所涉及的行业及领域数量进行了统计和分析。最后，重点研究了无锡小天鹅公司的多元化实践，力求为多元化发展战略研究提供更具说服力的实证分析。

Diversification is an important strategy of modem companies, which is of group corporations, therefore, it' s of both theoretical and practical significance in the development of companies. This paper discusses the relationship between diversification and corporate development, making some detailed comparisons between diversification strategy and other corporate strategies. Meanwhile, this paper makes some statistic analyses on the industries which is fields of those leading companies in their diversification practice. In the end, this paper provides some convincing evidences on diversification strategy by studying the diversification practice of Wuxi Little Swan Washing Machine Co. Ltd.
